Monthly rates exclude utilities (water and electricity), Daily rate includes all utilities Rates exclusive of VAT. No service charges.

Room Cleaning will be done every 10 days for Monthly rates.
We allow use Cooking Appliances Limited to: Induction Cooktop, Rice Cooker, Hot Water Kettle, Mini/Personal Refrigerator, Oven Toaster, Multi-Cooker and Microwave, Subject to approval of Leasing office for wattage and condition of appliances.
Each tenant is given Free Basic Wi-Fi, good for surfing and social media and is available inside the room and entire building.
We allow Visitors/Guests upon application of Visitor Pass at the main lobby until 11:00pm. Visitors staying one night will be charged ₱1500.00 per person/night.
Yes, we have parking spaces (motorcycle and car) for rent. Please call leasing for pricing.

Security Deposit: Short Term (1 Month), Long Term (2 Months)

No, officially our building has no curfew hours, we have 24 hour front desk and security guard.
No. Unfortunately, We don’t allow pets of any kind inside the building
You can check in from 2:00 PM – anytime. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Yes, As a general rule we accept tenants 18 years old and above. (for junior and senior high, please inquire, we give some consideration when accompanied by a parent/guardian as room mate.)
